Axial displacement, centre guided disc check valve for water and other neutral liquids, incl. treated waste water free of solids and fibrous impurities to max. 50°C
The series 928 axial displacement, centre guided disc check valves are installed in pumped applictions to prevent back-flow. The design includes a light-weight disc in polyurethane and a centre mounted spring and guide that in case of a sudden pump stop will close the valve quickly before the flow direction can reverse, thus eliminating water hammer. A streamlined disc-design contributes to keep noise level and head loss at a low level.
