AVK Australia Holding Pty Ltd is a member of the AVK Global Group, a highly respected and leading manufacturer of quality valves and fittings for the global water, gas, sewage and fire protection industries and is responsible for the group's activities in the Australasian region, comprising Australia, New Zealand and the Southern Pacific Islands.

Established in Adelaide in 1998, AVK is the leading Australian manufacturer of valves for the general civil and water industry markets with the majority of its production program based in Australia. AVK also offer complete package solutions through consultation and investigation into all industrial markets and under pressure tapping services throughout the Australasian region. The group has operations across Australia including a Ductile Iron foundry based in Queensland for the production of fittings and flanged pipes, a fabrication facility in country Victoria for couplings, repair clamps and tapping saddles as well as a manufacturing facility for valves and hydrants in South Australia.

Today, the AVK Australia Group is headquartered in Adelaide and is comprised of 5 operating companies; AVK Valves, AVK Wang, AVK Currumbin, AVK Complete Tapping Service and AVK Flow Control.
